You Should See Me BEFORE Yoga!

Yoga, breath work and meditation have been great balancing tools in my life. I don’t think I’m alone when I say life can sometimes go up and down and sideways ......often all in the same day! (And I’m not much of a fan of rollercoasters! Lol) But moving my body, becoming aware of my breath and taking time for stillness invites my parasympathetic nervous system to show its peaceful face! Even if it’s just for a few moments, it allows me to release the hold from my nervous system’s flight, fight and freeze response to a place where I’m not so fiery, fearful, down hearted (insert chosen emotion here). There is no magic cure-all for permanent balance, harmony and peace but yoga’s gifts are abundant and always ready for you. Nothing to do, nothing to change, come as you are and yoga will meet you there! ❤️❤️
