Frequently asked questions

We are located at 194 Main Street in Port Stanley. Use the yellow door off main street to head to the lower level of the building. We are under Joshua Co.

There are lots of free street parking spaces available on Main street.

The municipal parking lot at the end of the street is a short walk. This parking is free from November to May all day. In the summer months this is paid parking from 10am - 5pm

You will need to have clean indoor shoes and a personal mat for fitness classes. Please bring lots of water to keep you hydrated throughout your workout.

We recommend that you bring water and a personal mat to class. Most students like to have a cozy pair of socks and a light cover that can easily be removed as the class heats up. We have all of the yoga props you will need to support your practice.

We recommend a light meal or snack before you attend any class that gives you energy. A full stomach can be uncomfortable.

Drink lots of water before and after class.

Class Pass: Client cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will result in the full cost/credit for the class. From time to time emergencies will pop out so please reach out to your facilitator directly to discuss.

Series: Committed series there is no refund for missed classes. Speak to the facilitator if you have a medical issue that prohibits your attendance.

Events: Check the event registration for cancellation policies.

The Facilitator may cancel a class giving minimum 12 hours notice when the class has not reached the 3 person minimum. You will receive a full credit for this class. From time to time there may be an emergency and the class is cancelled due to illness. This will also result in a full credit to your account.
