With accessible poses, thoughtful variations, gentle transitions, longer-held stretches, and mindful breathing, this class honors each student as a unique individual.

Here, you are encouraged to have agency in your own practice — exploring movement with comfort, awareness, and curiosity to discover what feels good for you in this moment. Together, we lengthen and strengthen the body while creating space for softness, ease, and relaxation.

This embodied yoga experience helps quiet the busy mind, open the heart, reduce stress, and support greater mobility and overall well-being.
