This empowering full-body class is designed to support weight loss, tone your body and boost metabolism. As a small group training limited to 8 clients it supports all levels of fitness. Move with purpose, build lean muscle, and feel confident in your body at every stage of life.

Build confidence and strength each week:

🌸 Supportive coaching for all levels of fitness
💪 Bodyweight resistance for strength and stability
🏃‍♀️ Low-impact cardio to boost metabolism and energy
🏋️‍♀️ Dumbbell training to sculpt and tone your muscles

Each session is structured to help you reach new limits in a supportive environment with thoughtful progressions that ensure beginners feel supported while advanced participants are challenged. Bands and weights are available but optional, allowing you to move at your own pace.
