Yoga Support: Hips & Glutes is a gentle practice designed to build resilience from the inside out. With special attention to the hips, hamstrings, glutes, and whole-body stability. This class supports ease in daily movement while honoring where your body is today.

This class uses:

• Your own body weight as resistance

• Yoga blocks and straps for creative, supportive sequencing

• Slow, intentional movement to cultivate strength, mobility, and flexibility

Expect:

• Thoughtful, accessible floor & standing work with pose options

• Strength without strain

• Mobility without force

• A calm, un-rushed pace

• A quiet room where listening inward matters more than pushing outward

This is not about performing.
