This Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, soften, and settle into long, supported poses that gently target the body’s deeper connective tissues. We pause with purpose — creating space for both physical restoration and mental calm. Yin Yoga expect to hold postures with support for 2 to 3 minutes inviting softness and stretch.
