Lift & Strength: Weight Training

A supportive, welcoming strength class to build real strength, improve bone health, and feel confident in your body with guided weight training designed for women of all levels. Using barbells, dumbbells, and progressive resistance, you’ll challenge your muscles while keeping proper form a top priority. Join us to lift, strengthen, and move with purpose—every session leaves you feeling powerful and capable.

Each week we explore different exercises, tempos, and formats to keep training effective, interesting, and sustainable for real life. This is not about lifting heavy or pushing past your limits. It’s about learning good movement, building strength gradually, and meeting your body exactly where it is.
