Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga class is designed especially for women who want to move with more ease, comfort, and confidence. With a focus on hip mobility, we’ll explore slow, mindful movements that help release tension, improve range of motion, and support everyday activities like walking, standing, and sitting.

Classes include gentle flows, supported stretches, and simple strengthening to nourish the hips, lower back, and pelvis. Breath awareness and relaxation are woven throughout to calm the nervous system and help you reconnect with your body.

This class is ideal if you’re feeling stiff, tight through the hips, returning to movement, or simply looking for a slower, more supportive practice. All bodies and abilities are welcome, and options are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
