Become immersed in the calming sounds of Lake Erie as you flow through gentle, welcoming yoga poses on the warmth of the sandy earth.
Experience the ultimate connection with nature using the Lake as our Master Teacher and guide, inviting us to focus on the ebb and flow of the breath, the flowing waters within us and the streams of thought that float in the landscape of our minds.
Please supply your own mat and whatever other items you may require to be comfortable (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle etc.)
Please note: In case of inclement weather, our class will be hosted indoors at Kaleidoscope Yoga Studio.
