**Reflection **Rest and **Ease.
This celebration of the darkest night invites us to turn our awareness inward to reflect on our year (and boy, has it been a year!) and to explore what we’d like to let go of and what we’d like to plant as seeds of hope as we move forward.

Learning to Lift 💪
This is your invitation to get strong—for life. This is a small group class limited to 8 people so you receive personal support and instruction. Don’t get lost in a big group class and wonder why you’re not progressing. Join me for Learn to Lift!
Learning to Lift is a supportive strength-training series designed for women at any age and stage. If you’ve ever felt unsure where to start, intimidated by weights, or worried it might be “too late,” this series is for you. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be fit already. You simply start where you are.
As we age, muscle becomes one of our greatest assets. Strong muscles protect our bones and joints, improve balance, support healthy metabolism, and help manage weight and energy levels. More importantly, muscle gives us freedom—freedom to move with confidence, stay independent, prevent injury, and keep up with the life you love. Strength is one of the most powerful tools we have for longevity and long-term health.
In this series, you’ll learn how to lift safely and effectively with clear instruction, progressions, and plenty of encouragement. We focus on functional movements that carry over into everyday life—lifting, pushing, pulling, standing tall—so you feel stronger not just in class, but everywhere else too. Every exercise is adaptable, and every body is welcome.
This is not about pushing harder or doing more than your body is ready for. It’s about learning skills, building confidence, and creating a strong foundation that supports you now and for years to come.
If you’re ready to invest in your strength, your health, and your future—this is your moment.
Join the Learning to Lift series and discover just how strong you can be.

🤔 WHAT IS A VISION BOARD?
A Vision Board is a personalized collage of pictures, quotes, and affirmations that represent your goals for your health, career, relationships, and personal growth. It’s a powerful tool for Visual Goal Setting, acting as a daily reminder of your intentions.
🧠 WHY IT WORKS (The Science & Psychology)
It’s more than just a craft project! Vision boards leverage several psychological principles: Clarity & Focus: Defining exactly what you want keeps you from getting distracted by the "noise" of daily life. Value-Tagging: By visualizing your goals, you train your brain to recognize and seize opportunities you might otherwise miss. Emotional Connection: Seeing your dreams every day ignites the motivation needed to take small, actionable steps toward big results. Mental Rehearsal: It strengthens your brain's ability to achieve success by "practicing" your future self.

Introduction to Pilates & Yoga
This welcoming class blends equal parts Pilates and yoga, offering a supportive and approachable way to begin—or return to—movement. We start with a 30-minute guided tutorial, introducing foundational Pilates and yoga principles, breath awareness, and simple movement patterns to help you feel confident and comfortable on the mat.
The tutorial is followed by a 60-minute gentle mat class that combines Pilates-based strength work with plenty of yoga-inspired stretching. Props are used throughout to support your body as you build strength, improve mobility, and move mindfully with the breath. Each class ends with a deeply relaxing shavasana meditation, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and well cared for.
Perfect for beginners, those easing back into movement, or anyone looking for a balanced, feel-good practice in a supportive environment.

Welcome to Peace, Parachutes, and Pompoms, a joyful and calming kids' yoga camp where the theme of peace is explored through mindfulness, movement, and creativity. This class is designed to nurture children's sense of harmony and encourage peaceful interactions with themselves, others, and the world around them.
Play and movement take center stage as we use colorful parachutes and soft pompoms for a variety of fun, team-building games. Kids will collaborate to create waves of peaceful energy and joy while practicing the importance of teamwork, harmony, and sharing space. The parachute becomes a symbol of unity, and the pompoms are small reminders of the beauty in simple things.
We’ll gather for a cozy story time featuring Peace Like a River by Cat Stevens. This beautiful, calming story is a reminder that peace flows through us all like a river—constant, gentle, and ever-present. Children will reflect on the lessons of the story and discuss how peace can be embraced in their everyday lives.
Each child will create a personal peace project using pompoms, markers, and other colorful materials to represent their unique vision of peace. Afterward, the group will come together to combine their projects into one collective artwork, creating a vibrant display of unity and harmony.
To celebrate the global nature of peace, we will learn how to say "peace" in various languages—Paz (Spanish), Paix (French), Frieden (German), Shanti (Sanskrit), and many more! Kids will see that peace is a universal message that transcends borders and cultures, reminding them of our shared humanity.

Love books, personal growth and yoga? 📚✨🧘♀️
Join me for our Tuesday night series beginning April 14 as we dive into Journey to Joy by local author Frances Hickmott.
Each week we’ll explore a new chapter, using the wisdom of the book to inspire the intention for our practice. Together, we’ll embody the teachings through movement, reflection and breath. Growing both on and off the mat.
Perfect for those who have already read the book or are opening it for the very first time. This is a beautiful way to deepen your practice and connect in community.
✨ 6-week series
✨ Tuesdays beginning April 17
✨ 7:00 - 8:15pm
Let’s turn the page together. 💛

Close your day with intention, stillness, and deep release. This Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, soften, and settle into long, supported poses that gently target the body’s deeper connective tissues. We pause with purpose — creating space for both physical restoration and mental calm. Yin Yoga expect to hold postures with support for 2 to 3 minutes inviting softness and stretch.
Why Yin?
Fascia Health
Yin loads the connective tissue slowly and intentionally. These long, supported holds hydrate fascia, improve elasticity, and support resilient, lasting strength — the kind you feel for years to come.
Joint Longevity
Muscles love movement. Joints love time.
Yin nourishes the spaces we often rush past, helping maintain range of motion and circulation in areas that tighten with stress, repetition, and age.
Nervous System Regulation
The stillness is the medicine.
Extended holds signal safety to the brain, gently shifting the body from “go mode” into rest and repair — where true recovery begins.
Emotional Processing
The body stores stories.
Yin creates a quiet container for sensations and emotions to surface and move through, without force or resistance.
Balance in Your Practice
Strength without softness becomes rigidity.
Yin restores equilibrium, cultivating patience, awareness, and deep listening — the perfect complement to more active styles of yoga.
Expect a calming, grounding experience that leaves you feeling spacious, supported, and deeply restored. Perfect for all levels and especially beneficial for anyone seeking stress relief, mobility, and mindful recovery.
