Welcome to Yoga Makes the World Go Round! In this exciting and adventurous kids yoga class, we’ll explore the magic of yoga while traveling across the globe. Together, we’ll discover the engaging and energizing poses that take us to different parts of the world, with a special focus on the birthplace of yoga, India.

This class is all about spreading love, peace, and kindness as we learn the importance of being mindful, calm, and connected to the world around us, while also understanding the value of kindness and respect for others. Kids will express their creativity through art projects that reflect our yoga journey around the world, interactive games that inspire cooperation, creativity, and positive thinking, and mindful breath-work when the world feels overwhelming.

By the end of the class, children will have learned new yoga poses, understood the importance of mindfulness, and most importantly, how to spread love and kindness wherever they go. Join us as we move, breathe, and travel through the beautiful world of yoga!
