Yuletide Yoga for Kids

Join us for a yoga-fied 2 hour Christmas celebration with Miss Natalie at Kaleidoscope Yoga Studio in this very special Yuletide Yoga class for 5-8 year old friends!

We will explore the holiday season from a mindful, engaging, open-hearted and inspiring perspective as our class brims over with music, poses, pranayama, games and ear to ear grins!

A Christmas themed sun salutation, creating poses with the "Christmas Alphabet" song, an extra special holiday craft, super engaging seasonal yoga games and a yummy light snack/supper will round out our festive fun at this Yuletide Yoga celebration!

This offering is limited to a maximum of 6 children, to ensure that each yoga friend can feel warmly seen, heard and appreciated for the unique being they are, creating a sense of connection, community and welcome.

$45 per child which includes craft supplies, nourishment for hungry tummies and a merry little take home surprise!
