Calm and Connect Gentle Yoga

"Calm and Connect" is a Gentle Yoga class that offers a calm, supportive space to honor each student as unique individuals with accessible poses, plentiful variations, gentle transitions, longer held stretches and mindful breathing.

We move with comfort and awareness in mind to lengthen and strengthen the body, seeking out pose options that best suits you exactly as you are in this moment. Our "Calm and Connect" class invites the busy mind to quiet, the heart to open and the body to feel a sense of softness and spaciousness.

This embodied yoga experience is designed to increase mobility, reduce stress, and bring ease to both body and mind. It is a welcoming practice suitable for all ages and all abilities......we believe that Every Body is a yoga body!

Perfectly suited for beginners, older adults, or anyone seeking a soothing, nurturing experience that leaves you feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed.
