Our Sound Healing offering, with Sharon from Elevations, on this auspicious evening of the Full Buck Moon lends itself to some powerful energy as we turn down the volume of the outside world, and turn up the volume of the whispers of our hearts.

The pure wash of sound through various instruments, like crystal bowls, koshi chimes and drums, bathes your being within and without, inspiring the possibility of a deeply meaningful and true path forward on this soul journey, as we venture into a new moon cycle.

Our class will begin with a Full Moon meditation, honoring nature and a special dedication to the Buck Moon. We move mindfully, with a sense of ease and attention to the breath to begin the venture inward with a sprinkling of gentle movement and welcoming postures. Once the body feels softened and spacious we settle into creating a cozy Rest Nest to surround yourself in a most nourishing laying down posture on the earth with pillows, bolsters, blankets, and eye bags. Sweet bliss is on the way as the Sound Bath begins!
