Mom's Club: Pilates (Babies Welcome)

Move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body in a warm, supportive class designed especially for moms — babies welcome by your side. This Yoga Pilates blend focuses on core strength, pelvic floor support, and mindful stretching to help you feel strong, stable, and energized in your motherhood journey.

Through low-impact Pilates exercises and soothing yoga stretches, we rebuild deep core awareness, improve posture, and release tension from carrying, feeding, and daily life with little ones. Movements are adaptable for all stages of motherhood, including postpartum, and you’re always encouraged to go at your own pace.

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where babies can rest, play, or cuddle while you move and connect with other moms.
