Her Strength: Resistance Training

A full-body strength training class designed for women. Perfect your form, build strength and add inspiration and variety to your training. Feel strong, capable and confident in your body.

This strength class is designed for women with some lifting experience who are ready to continue challenging themselves.

Classes focus on smart programming, progressive loading, and movement quality to help you grow stronger and more toned—without burnout. Set in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment, this small-group format (limited to 8 women) allows for individualized coaching, thoughtful progressions, and fresh challenges to keep your workouts engaging and effective.
