
This nurturing 90 minute Full Moon Restorative Class offers you an invitation to release your deepest layers of habitual tension, to rest your awareness on the flow of the breath and to cultivate a sense of ease in mind, body, and soul. This is your time to move out of your head and into your heart. Your time to let go of the holding and the gripping and the tension that you may find in the body, and to just BE....exactly as you are in this moment.
Sink into stillness, supported by pillows, blankets and bolsters, during this class of 5 to 6 softly held grounding poses. Seek out your most comfortable and most nourishing posture, and then simply allow the support of the earth and the soothing wash of the breath to transport you to a place of rest, restoration, and release under the powerful energy of the Full Moon.
This delicious practice of tuning into our inner landscape is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners; all poses will be offered on the earth, no standing poses in this class; no prior experience necessary, all are welcome.
