Ladies Lift Club: Strength Training

Lift Club is a supportive, welcoming strength class designed to help you build muscle, protect your bones, and feel strong and confident in your body—at any stage.

Each week we explore different exercises, tempos, and formats to keep training effective, interesting, and sustainable for real life. This is not about lifting heavy or pushing past your limits. It’s about learning good movement, building strength gradually, and meeting your body exactly where it is.
